Gautam Sharma is a dedicated and resourceful education professional with a proven ability to create and monitor policies and practices that promote a safe social environment. He is also an experienced legal advisor who is energetic, highly effective, and can develop strong case strategies and write persuasive briefs.
Gautam has a Bachelor of Arts in Law and a Diploma in Computer from Purvanchal University. He has also attended numerous workshops, trainings, and seminars on a variety of topics, including organization development, leadership, human rights, and peacebuilding.
Gautam has worked in a variety of roles in the education and legal sectors. He has worked as a legal advisor for Justice for all Nepal, a coordinator for YNPD, Nepal, and an intern for Justice for all Nepal. He has also volunteered for Youth network for peace and Development (member organization of UNOY, AYON, NYFN, GYPF)
In his current role as Executive Director of YNPD, Nepal and senior vice president AYON Gautam is responsible for the overall management and operation of the organization. He leads a team of staff and volunteers in providing a variety of services to youth, including education, training and advocacy.
Gautam is passionate about social justice and believes that everyone has the right to an education and a fair chance in life. He is committed to working with young people to create a more just and equitable world. He is a member of the National campaign for sustainable development (NASCASUD), the Global change makers 2019 from Nepal, and the College Ambassador of Law Neeti from Nepal. He is also an ambassador of Team54project.
